1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the website unleashedinteriordesign.com, booking a consultation, or engaging Unleashed Interior Design for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Unleashed Interior Design offers interior design consulting, STR (short-term rental) design services, virtual design packages, the UID Sensory Blueprint™ process, the Big 5 Design Personality intake, and related design services as described on this website. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or service proposal confirmed between Unleashed Interior Design and the client prior to work beginning.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All methodologies, frameworks, systems, processes, documents, mood boards, design plans, shopping lists, floor plans, and deliverables created by Unleashed Interior Design — including but not limited to the UID Sensory Blueprint™, STR Experience Architecture™, and the Big 5 Design Intake process — are the exclusive intellectual property of Unleashed Interior Design. All rights reserved.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own personal or property use only. Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced, or shared with third parties for commercial use without written permission from Unleashed Interior Design.
All website content including text, images, graphics, and design elements are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
4. PAYMENTS AND FEES
A deposit is required to reserve your project start date. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Unleashed Interior Design reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Your quoted price will be confirmed in your written service agreement and will not change after signing.
5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit the consultation fee.
For ongoing design projects, cancellation terms are outlined in the individual client service agreement. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at the agreed project rate.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, goals, and budget. Unleashed Interior Design is not responsible for design outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design plans before implementation. Once a design plan is approved, changes may be subject to additional fees.
Clients are responsible for all purchasing, contractor coordination, and implementation unless a full-service agreement specifying otherwise is in place.
7. DESIGN OUTCOMES AND RESULTS
Unleashed Interior Design applies industry best practices, proprietary methodology, and local market expertise to every project. While we stand behind the quality of our work and the UID Performance Promise where applicable, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes including nightly rate increases, occupancy rates, or revenue figures, as these are influenced by factors outside our control including platform algorithms, market conditions, pricing strategy, property location, and owner management decisions.
Any revenue figures referenced on this website represent market data and are used for illustrative purposes only. Individual results will vary.
8. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND VENDORS
Unleashed Interior Design may recommend specific products, vendors, or contractors as part of the design process. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, pricing, or performance of any third-party products or services. Any purchases you make from third-party vendors are subject to those vendors' own terms and return policies.
9. WEBSITE USE
This website is for informational purposes. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or to reproduce or distribute any content without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to anyone at our discretion.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information. Data collected through forms and consultations is used solely to provide and improve our services.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Unleashed Interior Design does not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unleashed Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
