Unleashed Interior Design provides:

• Virtual interior design consultations

• Digital mood boards, layouts, and design plans

• Furniture and accessory recommendations

• Virtual staging and rendering services

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding their space(s)

• Respond promptly to communication and requested approvals

• Understand that delays in communication may impact project timelines

• Understand that product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are subject to change by third-party vendors

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before commencement of any design service.

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once work has begun.

• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, layouts, and digital documents created by Unleashed Interior Design are the intellectual property of Unleashed Interior Design and are intended for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without express written permission.

5. Third-Party Products

Furniture, decor, or vendor recommendations are made in good faith.
Unleashed Interior Design is not responsible for third-party product quality, availability, shipping times, or client satisfaction with external vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Unleashed Interior Design is not liable for:

• Errors or omissions based on inaccurate information provided by the client

• Delays or damages caused by third-party suppliers

• Changes in product availability or specifications

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
